Fulfilment Policy
​In the interests of hygiene and consumer safety, items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition, within 7 days of the original order.
Please note that CeTe Aesthetic do not cover the cost of returning the order and are not responsible for the returned order until it reaches us, therefore we would suggest a tracked service. It is the customers responsible for ensuring goods are returned in an unopened, unused and re-saleable condition and the refund can only be issued to the same account the product was purchased from.

(If applicable) All orders are shipped using a tracked and signed for courier service.
Delivery is the next working day for orders placed before 12pm (noon) Monday – Friday. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day for delivery on the following day.
CeTe Aesthetics can only deliver Monday - Friday.

Treatment Refunds
Whilst we will always endeavour to provide excellent service; factual, honest and ethical advice, safe, expert treatment using only the best products, we cannot guarantee your results and as such cannot offer refunds if the results achieved fail to meet your expectations.
