Service Description
A course of between 6 to 12 treatments is recommended every week, followed by a one off maintenance treatment every 3 to 6 months. The effeciency of this treatment is 95%. A second full assessment will take place on the 4th week of the treatments. You will be provided with medical grade hair products to take home with a full protocol.
Cancellation Policy
A non refundable booking fee is required on all treatment bookings, this will be deducted off your total treatment price which will be due on the day of treatment. If you are unable to attend your appointment please notify us as soon as you can (more than 72 hours is required), this helps us re-allocate your slot. We will do our best to re-schedule you in at our next availablity. Booking fees can be transferred to a different date if at least 72 hours notice is given. If late notice is given then you will lose your booking fee. NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
